Sacred History Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at sacredhistory.us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.
We understand that the stories, records, and history of your community are deeply important. We treat that information with care by using layered safeguards, including restricted access, secure systems, confidentiality practices, and trusted service providers. We are intentional about protecting what is entrusted to us and limiting access to those who truly need it for the work.
No digital system is ever entirely without risk, but we take stewardship of your information seriously and use thoughtful, reasonable protections to safeguard it.
Your community retains ownership of its information, records, stories, and historical materials. Sacred History Technologies does not claim ownership of your content. Our role is to help you preserve, organize, and make that information accessible and useful for formation, leadership, and the future. Any access or use is governed by clear agreement, confidentiality, and the permissions your community grants.
A community's information is accessible only to those the community has authorized. Access is managed through a shared community login for community members and token-based viewer access that grants temporary entry via a secure email link. If someone outside the community wants to learn more, they must contact Sacred History Technologies directly. Where the community has approved outside access, any access granted is subject to the community's permissions and applicable terms. We believe access to community history should be intentional, respectful, and guided by the community itself.
In this moment, many communities are not primarily asking how to form new members, but how to carry charism faithfully through diminishment, transition, and new forms of governance. When the living memory of the sisters and the community's stories are organized, accessible, and usable, they become a source of orientation for those now entrusted with leadership. Sacred History Technologies helps communities preserve and activate that inheritance so charism can be held with greater clarity, governance can be exercised with deeper context, and future decisions can remain rooted in the community's identity and mission.
